Destination Weddings
The destination wedding service is designed for couples who either live outside Spain and want to celebrate a destination wedding in our country, or for couples who live in Spain and want to celebrate their wedding in another country in the world.
The couple will be assisted by a professional wedding planner from the beginning of the wedding preparations until the day of the wedding. The wedding planner will meet with you, so that you can explain in detail how you would like your destination wedding to be, all the ideas you have and the details that are important to you.
After this meeting, we will help you to organise your wedding from start to finish, looking for and proposing venues and all the necessary suppliers to make the wedding you have always dreamed of a reality. We will pay special attention to the logistics of the wedding (guest accommodation, transfers, etc.) and possible parallel activities in case there are several celebrations around the wedding.
Your wedding planner will be in constant contact with you throughout the organisation of the wedding, and will also be in charge of coordinating the wedding day, whether in Spain or abroad, so that everything you have organised over the previous months goes perfectly.
How we work
Initial stage:
- Meeting with the partner.
- We define the destination for the celebration and the different celebrations or activities.
- We define the style of the wedding and set the budget.
- We draw up the timing of tasks to be organised.
Middle stage:
- Search for ceremony and celebration space.
- Search for accommodation and venues for parallel celebrations.
- Catering if necessary.
- Wedding design: stationery, decoration, furniture, etc.
- Search and contracting of suppliers: photographer, technical equipment, transport, etc.
Final stage:
- Elaboration of the wedding book and wedding timing.
- Overview of all details and dress rehearsal.
- Coordination of the wedding day.
